The 2025–2026 NYSRPS Leadership Summit is designed to provide board members with a focused, supportive, and collaborative space to strengthen governance, align on strategy, and prepare for the year ahead. Board members can expect a blend of advocacy, professional facilitation, and NYSRPS-specific working sessions that clarify board roles and responsibilities, reinforce fiduciary and governance best practices, and advance strategic planning and organizational priorities.
